Dragon Bait Miniatures
A fantastic new range of 28mm fantasy adventurers, creatures and encounters created by the brilliant 'yet devious' imagination of Joe Corsaro.  The miniatures have an old school feel to them and are inspired by some of the iconic character ranges of the 1970's and 80's and a good dose of humour as well.  Many of Joe's characters are quite original and highly detailed - check out the Halfling barbarian, gnome alchemist and half-orc druid!

Four A Miniatures
Andy Coleman's diverse and incredibly useful collection of 28mm miniatures which range from the near future to fantasy.  There are some real gems here which are inspired by classic fantasy, sci-fi and horror films like the creature from some dark lagoon.  Four A also have an excellent selection of futuristic snow troopers, dwarves, demons, gremlins and my favourite tribe of goblins!  The models are well designed and beautifully sculpted - definitely worth a visit!

Heroes and Other Worlds
Christopher Brandon's excellent game of fantasy adventure inspired by Metagaming's classic Melee/Wizard/TFT system and Moldvay rules of the early 80's.  I very much like and highly recommend these rules to those of you who want a game where the adventure itself is the focus! This system is simple, sensible and flexible in the spirit of classic old school role playing games.  Chris is always adding new modules, campaign settings and supplements to the range.

Lost Minis Wiki
This is a non-profit site dedicated to identifying, photographing and documenting fantasy miniatures.  The site currently lists figures from over 300 different manufacturers from the 1970's to the present.  If you have a miniature and don't know who made it this is the place to track it down.  I've found some really obscure miniatures on the Lost Minis Wiki and many companies that I did not know existed - This is definitely a cool place to browse for the nostalgia factor alone!
